At FlatterboxTM we have made it easy for you to order our products online or by post.
You can place an order online anytime by placing your selected items in your shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout. If you are unhappy to place an order online or prefer the personal touch, please give us a call.
We will gladly send you a printed order form to complete and return with a cheque for the total amount (including postage where appropriate), made payable to: Rita Sadler (UK Sterling accounts only). Goods will not be despatched until cheques have cleared.
Deliveries can be made to any UK address - your work, family, friends etc, but someone must be available to receive and sign for your order as proof of delivery. Orders will normally be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable.

If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will of course give a full refund.
